Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is only allowed 24 hours in advance. (only 1 Time of 5 times registered)
Cancellation within 24 hours = FULL CHARGE
No Show = FULL CHARGE
To cancel lesson NO CHARGE
With MC is required from doctor
Lesson Slot Policy
2 times continuous cancellation for personal reason : Full-Charge
2 times continuous cancellation after Full- charge : The slot will transfer to other player"
Rain Policy
Proceeding lesson 0-30 mins(under 50%) =Half-Charge
Proceeding lesson 30-60 mins(over 50%) = Full-Charge(If the lesson postponed, we provide make up lesson for tennis physical training or Theory class of Tactics and Technique)
Registration Policy
-Providing a single lesson (pay for 1 time fee) before registration for all program
-The lesson fee isn’t included for court fee (Except visiting academy tennis court)
-All lesson must be paid in advance before the commencement of the lesson
Package Expiration
The Packages have a validity of 2-6 months from the date first lesson

However nobody holds kids tournament. So we offered the tournament to tennis kids and beginners. It was succeeded tournament and gave more valuable moment to them.

On 20th October 2025 (Deepavali), our courts came alive from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM with excitement, energy, and incredible sportsmanship during our Deepavali Tennis Tournament.
Players of all ages showcased their passion and dedication, turning the morning into a festival of tennis and community spirit. From intense rallies to friendly cheers, every match reflected the joy of competition and the unity that tennis brings.
The tournament was a great success, filled with laughter, teamwork, and outstanding performances. Participants demonstrated not only their technical skills but also great attitude, respect, and sportsmanship true reflections of our tennis values.
A big thank you to all players, parents, and coaches for making this event such a memorable celebration. Your enthusiasm and positive energy made the Deepavali morning truly special!
